3. Moodboard and Research Plan

   Moodboard and Research Plan
Moodboard's can be created in a variety of ways, however the purpose of a moodboard is to reflect a mood or area of interest for your research. Moodboards help maintain a focus for a project, leading to design ideas and eventually a final product. A successful moodboard should include a range of the following:
  1. images (clothing, fashion photography,  architecture, fashion models, icons or a muse)
  2. texture examples
  3. pattern inspiration
  4. colour (swatches/, painted areas or fabrics)
  5. drawings (detailed or sketched)
  6. fabrics
  7. inspiration for design details

For your research plan (which you will place either do a small mind map or write a paragraph explaining what research will you need to do and how will you go about it?
Consider things like mood boards, trends and colour analysis, analysing existing products, market research through questionnaires, disassembly of similar products, research possible fabrics.
